Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Overall Change Lead in Singapore to guide enterprise-wide change strategies during complex transformations. You will work with senior stakeholders to prepare the organization for sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across large-scale programs.

You will design interventions, manage readiness, and lead communications, training, and adoption efforts while leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes and drive measurable change impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced change management expertise required.
• 8+ years in change management, OD, or transformation.
• Proven leader in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
• Ability to articulate value cases and business impacts of transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying AI-powered tools to accelerate deliverables.

Responsibilities
