Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Consultant, Change Management to lead client change initiatives. The role focuses on adoption advisory, workforce capability alignment, and enabling technologies to drive people-centric transformation across industries.

You will analyze stakeholders, execute CM activities, and support presales while continually improving processes and knowledge sharing within a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelors degree and 2 years of working experience/ diploma holder with 5 years of working experience.
• Excellent command of the English language and ability to write coherently and concisely without spelling/ grammar errors.
• Fluent communication, facilitation and solid presentation skills.
• Fluency in using generative AI tools for a wide range of scenarios.
• Create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/ collaterals for interview portfolio.
• Produce and edit videos (manually or with AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Develop change management and adoption approach by analyzing impacted stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor change related activities including communications, engagement, enablement and reinforcement.
• Manage stakeholder buy-in and expectations impacted by the change initiative.
• Support building new/enhance capabilities including digital adoption platforms and people analytics.

Job Description

The Change Management team provides services such as Workplace Centric AI Change Management and Adoption, Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Solutions, Culture Change and Augmentation, Change Management PMO Establishment and Workforce Competency Assessments to align organizational and workforce capabilities to business strategy. What we seek to accomplish together

Client change management adoption advisory and people-related projects:

• Develop change management and adoption approach: Analyse impacted stakeholders and support the develop the change management and adoption approach.
• Execute and monitor change related activities: Execute various change analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, enablement, adoption and reinforcement activities to successful completion.
• Manage stakeholder buy-in: Assist to manage stakeholder expectations impacted by the change initiative.

Capabilities development/ enhancement support

• Support the building of new/ enhance existing capabilities: Whether it is digital adoption platforms that accelerate change adoption or people analytics that provide insights about a workforce, continuous improvement and innovation is the culture of the team. You will support the lead or senior consultant to build/ enhance competencies that will strengthen our change management and adoption services.

Presales support

• Support pre-sales activities: Support the lead or senior consultant to shape and qualify change management related opportunities, develop the change strategy and scope, prepare costing and draft proposal.

Process improvement

• Streamline or transform current work processes: There are often better ways of doing things. Support the lead or senior consultant to identify improvement initiatives such as streamline processes, introduce tools to shorten turn-around time or even propose radical alternatives to better achieve work objectives and outcomes.

Knowledge sharing

• Share CM best practices: Share best practices in change management or any other domains that would expand the team’s capabilities to do our work more effectively.

• Produce and edit videos (manually or using AI tools. If using tools, these videos need to be convincing looking).
