Qualifications

• Experienced change practitioner with domain experience in Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Mining or Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of organisational design.
• Experience in designing and driving consequential change and transformation.
• Passion for technologies and modern ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a change management practitioner on client sites, either solo or leading a Change team.
• Collaborate with Infosys Consulting teams to ensure effective change strategy, communications and adoption.
• Contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and offer development.
