Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting, digital strategy, design thinking/experience design, or digital transformation.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders across industries.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, client conversations, and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and act as a day-to-day trusted advisor with senior stakeholders.
• Apply design thinking to reimagine products, services, and operating models; develop roadmaps and action plans.
• Shape change strategies including stakeholder mapping, communications, and enablement.
• Lead and mentor consultants, analysts, and designers on engagements, setting quality standards.
