Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related change management experience.
• Possess an excellent command of English with coherent and concise writing.
• Fluent communication and facilitation skills across seniority levels.
• Solid presentation skills for varying audience sizes.
• Create professional decks and collaterals to accelerate buy-in.
• Possess a commercial mindset linking conversations to service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, plan and develop the change management approach for client projects.
• Advise, execute and monitor change activities including communications, engagement and enablement.
• Manage stakeholder buy-in across multiple levels to maximise uptake.
• Lead junior consultants and analysts to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Enhance capabilities in digital adoption or people analytics to strengthen offerings.
• Lead pre-sales activities, shape opportunities, draft proposals, and present solutions to clients.
