Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Bid/Tender Manager in Singapore to own end-to-end bids for strategic projects. You will coordinate inputs from engineering, estimating, supply chain, legal, and finance to craft compelling submissions.

You will develop bid strategy with the deal team, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, compliant proposals. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in bid or tender management, proposal management, or complex B2B sales operations, ideally in data centers, engineering, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-stakeholder bids to tight deadlines, with strong project management discipline.
• Able to read technical scopes and commercial terms, and to challenge both constructively.
• Structured and calm under pressure, comfortable owning the process while others own the content.
• Excellent written English with experience producing customer-facing proposals; fluent spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the tender and RFQ process for strategic and major projects end-to-end, from intake through submission, coordinating inputs from engineering, estimating, supply chain, legal, and finance.
• Develop bid strategy with the deal team — win themes, competitive positioning, pricing posture, and risk assessment.
• Drive the bid timeline: kickoff, review gates, and the response calendar, ensuring compliant and high-quality submissions on time.
• Act as the single point of coordination between Sales and internal functions during bid periods, escalating gaps and risks early.
• Lead post-bid debriefs for won and lost deals, and maintain the bid library of standard responses, case studies, and compliance documents to shorten future cycles.
