Qualifications

• 8-12 years in bid management, proposal management, tendering or commercial project management in building technologies, infrastructure or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management and preparation for smart building, building automation, fire safety, security and digital building solutions.
• Develop winning bid strategies by analysing customer requirements, tender specs, commercial considerations and risks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement to deliver compliant proposals.
• Manage technical and commercial proposal development including solution design, pricing, costs and contractual terms.
• Drive bid governance and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse bid outcomes, capture lessons learned and improve proposal processes, tools and templates to increase win rates.
