Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Communications or Engineering/QS related studies.
• 5–7 years in Tender/Bids Management across Design Practices, Architectural Consultancies or Engineering Consultancies.
• Experience in large-scale geotechnical/ground engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by securing clients and projects that meet defined targets.
• Build market intelligence and client relationships and review tender proposals with the bid team as Bid Manager for large projects.
• Lead client negotiations on bid and contract terms and guide the tender/business development team to hit targets.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold the company's brand and reputation in the market.
