Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in programmatic advertising or digital media.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and cultivating strong client/partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team (bonus).
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry across target markets.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners through regular engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to refine business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including contracts and pricing terms.
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and revenue pipeline.
