Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in BD/sales/marketing in digital media, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in digital media.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and cultivating client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in programmatic advertising, including prospecting new clients and strategic partners across target markets
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners through regular engagement and proactive expectation management
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to continuously refine and inform business development strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to prospective clients and partners
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including contracts and pricing terms, with clients and partners
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and revenue pipeline
