Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development professional in Singapore to identify and research potential clients, develop strong relationships, negotiate terms, and drive sales growth. The role requires proven experience in similar positions and a solid background in customer support is advantageous.

You will analyze market feedback, prepare persuasive presentations, and manage partnerships while maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and reporting on proposal progress.

Qualifications

• Applicants with a Diploma and over 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Background in customer support is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and demographics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients to expand market reach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to enhance business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
• Design and enforce business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure.
• Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth.
• Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
