Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Business Development Manager to design and execute the commercial strategy to win new customers and drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with local and regional sales leaders to align business development with the company’s objectives.

You will identify opportunities, build market intelligence, and develop partnerships while coordinating with Marketing on go-to-market campaigns and customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience.
• Experience delivering revenue growth, improving margin, and managing complex negotiations.
• Experience in service, technical, industrial, construction, fire/life safety, security, facilities, or related B2B markets preferred.
• Experience in strategic partnership development and management.
