Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security in Singapore seeks a Head of Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy. You will lead sales teams, manage pipeline, forecast performance, and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 15 years of B2B sales or commercial leadership experience, including leadership of sales team(s).
• Experience in service, technical, industrial, construction, fire/life safety, security, facilities, or related B2B markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with annual revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account and BD Managers; establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Own sales planning, market coverage, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity-conversion performance.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Drive opportunity qualification, solution development, pricing strategy, proposal quality, contract negotiation, and closing of complex sales.
• Ensure appropriate margin discipline, pricing approval and commercial risk assessment.
• Partner with operations and service teams to align sales commitments with delivery capabilities, customer requirements, and capacity.
• Use CRM and sales reporting to monitor activity, pipeline stage progression, win/loss trends, sales productivity, and forecast performance.
• Identify new market segments, services, cross-selling opportunities, and acquisition or partnership opportunities where applicable.
• Support customer retention, contract renewals, escalation management, and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing on demand generation, customer campaigns, account-based selling, and market positioning.
