Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Singapore is seeking a Sales Account Manager to win new business and grow profitable recurring revenue for remote monitoring, security and life-safety services. This hunter-focused role requires proactive prospecting and full sales-cycle management.

You will target B2B and B2C opportunities, build a robust pipeline, conduct outbound calls, develop tailored solutions, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and handover to operations with winning terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and B2C new business development.
• Experience in security, monitoring, facilities, or recurring-service solutions is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, tele sales, consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to consumers and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B and B2C sales opportunities across target sectors and multi-site customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct prospecting, tele sales, referrals, networking and events.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound enquiries as required.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings and site assessments to understand security, safety, and compliance needs.
• Develop tailored solutions covering alarm, remote CCTV, video verification, and incident response.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial business cases.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation, contract award and handover.
• Secure profitable recurring revenue within approved pricing, margin, risk and contractual guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM data including customer, pipeline and forecasting information.
• Coordinate with operations, technical, service, projects, finance and legal teams to ensure deliverability.
• Monitor market and competitor developments and provide feedback on customer needs.
