Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the commercial strategy and secure profitable new business. The role collaborates with local and regional sales leadership to align growth objectives with market opportunities.

You will identify and pursue new opportunities, manage strategic partnerships, and deliver market insights to shape offerings. A strong track record in B2B sales and stakeholder management is essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience.
• Proven experience delivering revenue growth, improving margin performance, and managing complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience in business development targeting main contractors, public sector, facilities/building operators and/or asset owners.
• Experience in strategic partnership development and management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-management skills.

• Keeps up with emerging markets trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develops market intelligence reports and insights.

• Collaborates with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and manage campaigns.
• Proposes and develops strategic partnerships to enhance offerings, market share and competitive edge.
• Acts to seek out new customers through networking, cold calling and industry events.
• Establishes and maintains new customer relationships.
