Job summary

Elsevier in Singapore is seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive growth for AI solutions in academic, government and research organizations. You will engage senior stakeholders, shape strategic discussions, and lead high-value opportunities across the full sales cycle.

Your background in AI, data science, and software sales, plus the ability to position complex research workflows as business enablers, will help renewals and new business. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of success selling enterprise software, SAAS or related tech.
Ability to position AI-powered research solutions strategically.
Experience selling into academia, government, or large enterprises.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

Originate, develop, and close strategic AI research workspace opportunities across the full sales cycle.
Expand stakeholder networks with multi-level engagement and broad organizational support.
Support high-value renewals by engaging senior stakeholders and reinforcing value.
Deliver value expansion workshops to generate demand and drive engagement.
Showcase expertise in research analytics, AI workflows, and decision-maker influence.
