Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive growth across Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors. You will act as the business owner for assigned accounts, overseeing P&L, strategy, and long-term value delivery while collaborating with delivery teams and vendors.

The role requires strong business acumen, leadership presence, and a proven ability to win deals in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in account management, consulting or business development within IT services.
• Proven track record managing global/local clients and growing revenue.
• Strong knowledge of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing or Logistics sectors an advantage.
• Experience selling AI-enabled or digital transformation solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison, trusted advisor to CXOs and key stakeholders.
• Own and manage account P&L, business planning, and budgeting.
• Drive pipeline, mining, renewal, and growth opportunities for the account portfolio.
• Lead commercial negotiations and define winning terms across engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to minimize risk and ensure goals.
• Provide thought leadership on AI Builder capabilities as growth lever for the account.
