Cognizant in Asia Pacific seeks a Client Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of existing BFS clients and drive new business growth. The role emphasizes winning large deals, expanding engagements, and leading cross-functional teams toward AI-enabled solutions.

You will build account plans, manage CRM data, and collaborate with local and offshore teams to accelerate revenue and margin growth. Strong senior-level engagement skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in quota-bearing sales in technology services.
• Proven track record selling into BFS (Wealth, Retail, Corporate, Asset Management).
• Strong negotiation, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BFS accounts with P&L and profitable growth.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle with Service Line Specialist, Client Partner and Engagement Lead.
• Build an account plan and keep CRM (Winzone) and Forecasting (UPLF) up to date.
• Drive demand generation and position Cognizant as an AI Builder to create a strong pipeline.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and convene meetings with the right contacts.
