Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Singapore to grow ASEAN Insurance accounts, manage day-to-day activity, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities. You will partner with client delivery teams, shape account planning, and push for profitable growth across strategic accounts.

The role requires deep client engagement, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in APAC with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of services industry experience in a client-facing consultative or engagement-management role.
• 7+ years of business development and consultative account expansion.
• Seasoned professional with track record in managing, retaining and developing businesses.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN market across technology and business segments within the Insurance sector.
• Experience managing large client P&L and providing account reporting.
• Experience working onsite / offshore and in matrixed organizations.
• Experience delivering digital services/solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing, retaining and developing ASEAN Insurance accounts and driving profitable growth.
• Drives new business across multiple accounts and participates in account reviews.
• Forecasts revenue and margins for assigned accounts and tracks financial metrics.
• Leads with Cognizant tools and methodologies to ensure execution.
• Builds and maintains trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborates with delivery leadership and CPs to plan account direction.
