Job summary

OTG Lab Pte Ltd, a technology company delivering AI solutions and services to 2,000+ clients, is hiring a sales professional capable of managing complex conversations and guiding the full business development cycle from lead to close.

You will engage owners and executives, articulate the value of AI automation, SaaS, and digital transformation, and work with internal teams to align scope, requirements and expectations for successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling digital or AI-powered solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-high value projects in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across AI, SaaS, custom software, web and mobile applications.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships and inbound enquiries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, proposal discussions, negotiations, closing and project handover.
