Job summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage contract updates and renewals, coordinate with internal teams, and pursue upsell opportunities while ensuring value and satisfaction for clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, IT, Communications, Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of account/customer experience in related roles.
• Experience with IT sector and enterprise/government contexts is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to form long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and communicate with management.
