• Proven track record of managing high‑value accounts and delivering measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Drive account planning, forecasting, upselling, cross‑selling and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely projects.
• Prepare regular account reviews, performance reports, and executive summaries for clients and management.
• Maintain contracts, service agreements and account activity documentation.
