Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales in electronics/semiconductor.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM/EMS/ODM customers.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service for cohesive service.
• Provide regular updates on business development activities.
