is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Electronics Division to lead key account management and drive business development across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. The role focuses on managing mature markets while expanding in developing markets, requiring consultative communication, strong relationship-building, and the ability to deliver market insights and sales forecasts to Head Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
• At least 8 years in key account management and B2B sales with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and account management plans aligned with business priorities.
• Manage major customer accounts as main contact, building long-term trust.
• Maintain communications to understand demand forecasts, purchasing plans and customer requirements.
• Develop customer networks across levels to obtain useful information and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market conditions and customer movements through engagement and internal sales information.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive updates and customer insights to support long-term decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and smooth sales execution.
• Develop new markets and opportunities for emerging products by identifying potential customers and driving sales with smaller accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, including budget forecasts and results for Head Office.
• Support performance planning and team development with clear objectives.
