Job summary

Wanderlust + Co. is seeking a Store Manager in Singapore to lead a high-performance retail team and maximize offline brand experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and drive sales through compelling visual merchandising and excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, proactive market feedback, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing a team of 5+ members
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong business acumen and learning agility
• Highly organized with strong operations background and multitasking ability
• Team player capable of leading and influencing peers
• Confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing team schedules
• Drive the team to exceed their sales targets
• Develop and execute plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising and store promotions
• Provide market feedback to HQ on local market knowledge and customer insights
• Ensure visual merchandising and store upkeep is consistently maintained
• Observe and gather insights from the store and report to HQ
