Job summary

LA TIENDA 88 PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Boutique Store Manager & Team Lead to run our on-site boutique on a full-time basis. You will drive in-store sales, lead a small team, and ensure top-tier styling and customer care.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach sales associates, orchestrate visual merchandising, and manage stock flow and daily transactions using Shopify POS. A hands-on leader with a flair for fashion is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or boutique retail management.
• Strong commercial mindset with passion for face-to-face selling and customer care.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and managing retail staff.
• Refined aesthetic instinct for interior styling and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Active in-store selling, providing styling advice and closing sales to hit monthly targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train boutique sales associates and manage rosters.
• Curate window displays and rail presentations with refined aesthetic taste.
• Coordinate stock intake and daily transactions via Shopify POS.
