Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ retail experience, with at least 2 in supervisory or management role.
• Strong people leadership and customer-service mindset.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate retail team to achieve store sales & KPI targets.
• Deliver a welcoming, advisory experience to customers.
• Coordinate weekly Shop Kang LIVE sessions.
