Job summary

kate spade new york is seeking a Store Manager for the IMM Singapore location. You will drive store productivity, profitability and sales plans, partnering with the brand director to leverage market information and create actionable strategies.

You will lead by example, coach a diverse team, oversee service standards and visual merchandising, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years store management experience in retail or service industry.
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Great team management skills, People’s Person and strong collaboration with cross functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership and accountability for store productivity and sales plans forecast
• Creates a high energy, sales and service focused environment
• Oversees the kate spade service environment within the store by offering constant feedback on service behaviors
• Manages relationships key stakeholders for smooth execution to achieve sales
• Consistently manages physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
• Identifies underperforming store staff and takes focused action to manage development or counseling
• Recognizes and values individual performance and communicates appropriately
• Develops plans to address key business issues, and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results
