Job summary

La Tienda in Singapore is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our boutique on a full-time basis. You will drive sales, curate styling, and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will recruit and train sales associates, manage rosters, supervise visual merchandising, and coordinate stock for designer brands. Proficiency with Shopify POS and a hands-on, on-site leadership style are essential.

Responsibilities

Be a key presence on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice, closing sales, and driving the store to consistently hit monthly revenue targets
Recruit, onboard, and train boutique sales associates, managing staff rosters and inspiring a high-performing sales team
Curate elegant window displays, entrance table arrangements, and rail presentations with refined aesthetic taste
Coordinate physical stock intake and displays for curated consignment designer brands
Maintain strict order across the sales floor and backroom
Run daily transactions via Shopify POS
