Job summary

Slim d’Madames in Singapore is seeking a retail supervisor to lead the beautician team at our retail outlet. You will engage customers, offer expert advice on slimming and wellness products, and oversee daily operations including rostering, coaching, and visual merchandising.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail sales, preferably in beauty, with supervisory experience being an advantage. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected, and you will work in a supportive, team-oriented

• Supervise, lead and motivate beautician team at retail outlet
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the broader team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the business
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations

Requirements:
