WOWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a beauty retail consultant to provide personalized consultations and expert skincare advice. You will perform product demos, assist customers in selecting products and strive to meet monthly sales targets in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Perform hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
• Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships
• Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Continuously seek to improve the product knowledge, and act as an expert for the customer
• Conduct brand/product training to peers when required
• Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store
