Job summary

TCM TIME in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Retail Manager to lead our beauty and spa outlets. The role focuses on achieving individual and store targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will supervise frontline staff, conduct briefings on policies, and ensure staff are trained in service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Immediate availability is preferred, with weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Beauty/Spa Industry experience.
• Sales driven & highly motivated.
• Team player.
• A highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated.
• Able to commit retail hours & weekends.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
