Job summary

donna spa pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead our beauty and spa outlets, driving sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage frontline staff, train teams on product knowledge and service delivery, and ensure operations run smoothly during weekends and peak periods. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Beauty/Spa Industry experience.
• Sales-driven and highly motivated.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Able to commit retail hours including weekends.
• Immediate availability preferred.
