Job summary

Elegance Beauty & Scalp Centre in Singapore seeks an experienced Beauty/Shop Manager to lead a team of beauticians and therapists. You will drive sales targets, provide professional facial and massage services, and guide staff through training and customer consultations.

The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin-English bilingual communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience as Beauty/Shop/Spa Manager with at least 3 outlets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers.
• Strong leadership, sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

• At least 3 years (s) of proven relevant working experience in the beauty industry and familiar with industry
• practice. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager and at least managing 3 outlet
• Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers.
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to handle computer job
• Follow company order and fully support
