Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store & Inventory Coordinator to support stores, inventory, consignment and production-related activities in Loyang.

The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely processing of transactions and strong coordination with internal departments and suppliers. You will work closely with the Stores & Production Executive to keep day-to-day operations smooth, handle GRNs, delivery orders, stock reconciliations and purchasing documentation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations, procurement or warehouse admin.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• Invoicing, billing or other transactional processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, picklists, Delivery Orders and other stores documentation.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Monitor consignment inventory, replenish as required and process related orders.
• Raise kitting forms and production-related documents as needed.
• Coordinate purchasing of stores, warehouse and operational supplies; liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain data entry and system records; process credit notes and related transactions.
• Coordinate stores and inventory matters with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance.
