Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Stores & Inventory Coordinator to support stores, inventory and production-related activities at Loyang Way, Singapore.

You will handle GRNs, stock reconciliation, consignment coordination and supplier liaison to ensure accurate records and smooth operations. You will work closely with Stores, Production and Finance teams to maintain data integrity, coordinate purchasing and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, procurement, or warehouse administration.
• Experience in procurement and supplier/vendor coordination.
• Experience in invoicing, billing or other transactional processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, picklists, Delivery Orders, certificates and related stores documents.
• Assist with stock monitoring, reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Monitor consignment inventory and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Prepare consignment proforma invoices and process related sales orders.
• Coordinate purchases of stores, warehouse and operational supplies; liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates.
• Coordinate stores and inventory matters with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Stores & Production Executive and identify process improvements.
