Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. Loyang location is seeking a Stores & Inventory Coordinator to support stores, inventory, consignment and production-related activities.

You will ensure accurate records, timely processing of transactions and smooth coordination with internal departments and suppliers. You will work closely with the Stores & Production Executive, handle GRNs, consignment invoicing, stock reconciliation, and supplier communications while leveraging Excel and ERP systems to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, procurement, warehouse administration or a related field.
• Experience in procurement and supplier/vendor coordination.
• Experience in invoicing, billing or other transactional processes will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management or other business systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stores Administration: Process GRNs, picklists, Delivery Orders, certificates and other stores-related documentation; assist with inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Consignment & Sales Administration: Monitor consignment inventory usage and coordinate replenishment requirements; prepare proforma invoices and process related sales orders.
• Production Support: Raise kitting forms and process paint work orders; coordinate with Stores and Production to ensure materials are available.
• Purchasing & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate the purchase of stores, warehouse and operational supplies; obtain quotations and liaise with suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Documentation & System Management: Ensure timely data entry, process credit notes and maintain records; update systems.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate stores and inventory with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Finance and others; follow up on outstanding matters.
• General Support: Assist Stores & Production Executive; identify process improvements; perform related duties.
