Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Store & Inventory Coordinator located at Loyang Way (Pasir Ris). The role provides admin and operational support for stores, inventory, consignment and production-related activities, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

You will work closely with Stores & Production and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with emphasis on stock control, supplier coordination, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in administration, operations, procurement, or warehouse admin.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• Experience in invoicing or other transactional processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, DOs, and stores-related documents.
• Monitor inventory, reconcile stock, investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate consignment inventory and replenishment.
• Coordinate purchases of stores and supplier negotiations.
• Maintain data entry and inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance.
• Support day-to-day administration and seek process improvements.
