Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Stores & Inventory Coordinator in Loyang, Singapore, on a 5-day week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:18pm).

You will handle stores administration, inventory reconciliation, consignment coordination and production support to ensure accurate records and smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing GRNs and DOs, coordinating with suppliers, managing purchasing and documentation, and ensuring timely data entry across ERP and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant admin/ops/procurement experience.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• Experience in invoicing, billing or related processes a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process GRNs, picklists, Delivery Orders, certificates and other stores docs.
• Monitor inventory, reconcile stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate consignment inventory usage and replenishment.
• Prepare consignment invoices and process related orders/docs.
• Raise kitting forms and coordinate with Production for materials.
• Purchase stores, warehouse and operational supplies and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier documentation.
• Ensure timely data entry and system updates for inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Finance on stores matters.
