Job summary

EA Semi Tech Pte. Ltd. seeks a commercially driven Product Sales Executive/Manager with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware, storage components, or semiconductors.

You will drive sales, build strategic accounts, and develop new opportunities through referrals, distributors, SI partners and channel networks. The role emphasizes relationship-driven business development, end-to-end sales cycles, and collaboration with procurement, logistics and marketing to ensure successful orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in storage/IT hardware is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for business communication.
• Proven ability to generate business via referrals, channels, and existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for SSDs, memory modules, storage cards and related IT hardware.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers while expanding existing accounts to meet targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, retailers and key customers.
• Prospect for opportunities via market research, industry events, and outbound engagement.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order, shipment and payment collection.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable storage products and solutions.
• Support third-party brands and EA Semi Tech’s own products; gather market intelligence and provide forecasts.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, product and marketing teams for order fulfilment.
• Support exhibitions, promotions, product launches and other business development activities.
• Develop opportunities in Singapore and regional Southeast Asian markets.
