Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in Storage, Backup & Server solutions in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners and resellers.

Ideal candidates have IT infrastructure and B2B tech sales experience, with knowledge of storage/backup/server solutions and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, storage, backup, server or data centre solutions.
• B2B technology sales / business development experience.
• Experience with Dell, Lenovo, HP or similar technology solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and confident in engaging customers.
• Junior and experienced candidates are welcome, with package aligned to experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities across storage, backup, servers and data centre solutions.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners and resellers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with vendors and internal technical teams to develop solutions.
• Achieve revenue, pipeline and sales targets.
• Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
