Job summary

EA Semi Tech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic hunter to drive new B2B business for semiconductor, memory and embedded-storage products with OEMs, EMS, and industrial customers in Singapore.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage in target account development, and coordinate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements while managing the full BD cycle from RFQ to order. Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–8 years of semiconductor, electronic-component, memory/storage or related B2B sales/business-development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new B2B opportunities for semiconductor, memory, storage and related electronic-component products.
• Build a pipeline of prospective OEMs, EMS companies, electronics manufacturers, industrial customers and system integrators.
• Conduct market mapping and proactively identify target customers, applications and decision-makers.
• Develop new accounts through cold outreach, customer visits and industry networking.
• Coordinate internally to propose products and solutions based on customers' technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage opportunities through RFQ, samples, qualification/design-in support, quotations and order follow-up.
• Support pricing, product availability and strategic alignment with HQ.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, principals, distributors and ecosystem partners.
