About the Opportunity

The Financial Product team is responsible for building next-generation investment solutions for crypto assets. As a developer on this team, you will build core services that power products across structured investments, onchain staking and DeFi protocols, C2C lending, and institutional loan products. Innovation is at the heart of what we do; new investment and trading ideas emerge constantly, and you’ll be part of a fast-moving team that experiments, builds, and scales these ideas into real-world products for our users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ride on the momentum of a greenfield project and brand-new team with one of the biggest crypto exchanges in the world.
• Design and develop cutting-edge asset management services for crypto-linked products.
• Design and implement high-performing, scalable, and flexible user-centric services to support our global user base and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.

What We Look For In You

• Professional software development experience, including data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience in Microservice/API development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment.
• Understanding of mainstream messaging frameworks, including Kafka and caching solutions like Redis.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Comfortable working in a cloud-based Linux environment.
• Production support experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments.

Nice to Haves

• Basic understanding of finance concepts, particularly structured financial products.
• Solid knowledge of CeFi earn/loan/trading products & risk control mechanism.
• A solid understanding of blockchain; knowledge of BTC, ETH, Cosmos, or Dot is preferred, along with familiarity with one or more mainstream DeFi projects (e.g., Aave, Uniswap, Compound, Synthetix).
• Experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance project development.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
