Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Reliability Engineer to lead intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test programs for the latest HBM products. You will develop new test flows, ensure robust coverage, and work across Fab, HBM teams, and Quality/Reliability to meet KPI targets.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, test infrastructure improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel to the US, Taiwan, and Japan may be required to support programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering or related role.
• Solid problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Reliability Test Program Coding: write and debug test programs for HBM device and package qualification and ensure full test coverage.
• Root Cause Understanding and Resolution of reliability issues.
• Promote innovation and drive changes to provide a technical advantage.
• Collaborate across Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Data Analysis for Validation using in-house statistical tools.
• Define interface hardware specifications and validate new interface boards.
