Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations in Singapore seeks a senior Reliability Engineer to define and optimize test flows, drive product reliability, and lead cross‑functional teams across fab, design, and quality.

You will apply AI-enabled methods to reliability data, perform failure analysis, and influence process conversions to improve yield and cycle time, while maintaining high quality and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry with product, testing, or reliability experience.
• Coursework or internship experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis and solution exploration.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based projects and contribute to shared goals.
• Flexible and eager to learn in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Responsible and accountable with professional work ethic.
• Clear and effective communication in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans covering product reliability aspects.
• Work with Global Quality to define qualification plans and manage execution progress.
• Drive down extrinsic and intrinsic reliability through optimized test flows and strategy.
• Debug and identify root causes and drive improvements via EFA and PFA analyses.
• Provide recommendations for new process conversions to reduce cost and improve yields.
• Communicate risks with Product Managers and drive timely risk mitigation.
• Promote AI-driven reliability by identifying high-leverage use cases and tooling.
• Apply machine learning techniques to reliability datasets to flag fails and anomalies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Fab, HBM teams, Design, and Quality/Reliability.
• Encourage AI-first mindset and mentorship within reliability workflows.
