We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy as we expand globally. This role partners closely with senior business leaders to define the organizational roadmap, enable business growth, and embed a culture of performance, agility, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader who has scaled businesses from scratch, thrives in taking ownership and has experience Scaling from initial setup to multi-market presence, thrives in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments, and brings deep experience leading multinational teams across regions such as Japan, MENA, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define People Strategy: Partner with business leadership to design and implement the people strategy for the respective business units, aligning with overall company goals and future growth plans.
  • Shape the Culture: Act as a culture architect — reinforcing our values, leadership principles, and ways of working that foster collaboration, ownership, and innovation across regions.
  • Lead Major People Programs: Drive and land key transformation initiatives such as Performance Management redesign, capability building, and talent development frameworks.
  • Enable Business Expansion: Support the company’s global expansion by building People GTM capabilities and defining the organizational blueprint for new markets and teams.
  • Strategic Partnership: Advise and coach senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness to enable business success.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance: Drive engagement and performance outcomes through data-driven insights, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Change Management: Lead through ambiguity, ensuring smooth transitions during scaling, reorganizations, or cross-regional integrations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses (0–1 and 1–10) in a competitive and fast-paced tech ecosystem.
  • Multinational experience is essential — must have led or partnered with HR and business teams across multiple countries (e.g., Japan, MENA, Europe), with the ability to influence across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Strong track record in landing organizational transformation initiatives (e.g., performance management, capability building, or cultural change).
  • Deep understanding of modern people practices, leadership development, and workforce planning for growth-stage organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly at senior leadership level.
  • Agile mindset, data-driven approach, and passion for building high-performing, globally aligned teams.
Why Join Us
  • Play a key role in defining the people blueprint of a globally scaling SaaS company.
  • Partner directly with leadership across regions to shape strategy, culture, and organizational design.
  • Join a high-growth, high-impact environment that values innovation, accountability, and purpose-driven growth.
