Job Description
  • Organise and oversees ongoing sports lessons/classes such as swimming, tennis, badminton and studio classes etc.
  • Assist Sports management in the leading of Sports team to ensure smooth processes of daily operations of the Club’s sports facilities. This includes regular checks on all Sports facilities for venue readiness, ensure hirer present for all sports facilities booking, equipment readiness and cleanliness.
  • Verify & assist in members’ signing-in / out and processes and on-site transaction for programs, activities and classes, includes booking fee, course/lessons fee. Update of records of transaction onto finance report.
  • Assist in the management of administrative processes for sports facilities, ie issuing and collection of towels, inventory stock checks of equipment, ie Gym, Sports hall, pool etc.
  • Provide and show quality and friendly service to members.
  • Able to attend to members’ enquiries through phone or email for Club matters, especially sports facilities.
  • Liaise and coordinate with club’s venue management, vendor and contractors on corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Plan, develop, propose, organise and implementation of programmes and activities, with offerings that they appeal to members and participants.
  • Managing the processes, co-ordination and implementation of each programme/activity assigned.
  • Obtain relevant feedback from members and participants on the programmes organised for post-event review, conduct analysis and propose future activities.
  • Any other task/s assigned by management.
