Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Space Data Management Executive on a 6-month contract to oversee and maintain accurate space inventory, occupancy, and allocation data across sites. You will coordinate with facilities and project teams, update records for onboarding/offboarding, and prepare reports on space utilization to support governance and decision making.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with familiarity in CAD/BIM space

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in a relevant discipline as listed in the requirements.
Experience in space planning, facilities management, workplace planning, or infrastructure management.
Familiarity with space management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy data across multiple sites.
Update workspace and occupancy records from onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and org changes.
Ensure approved space allocations and infrastructure updates are reflected in management systems.
Validate and reconcile space inventory, occupancy records, floor plans, and allocation data.
Support space allocation requests and track approved changes.
Maintain digital records for governance and audit purposes.
Coordinate data updates with stakeholders, facilities teams, and project teams.
Prepare reports on space utilization, occupancy, supply, and demand.
