Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore is seeking a Space Inventory & Occupancy Manager to maintain and validate space records across campuses. You will handle tagging, assignments, onboarding/offboarding, and reallocations, coordinating with institutes and project teams to ensure SIMS reflects approved changes.

You will reconcile inventory data, prepare dashboards, and support planning with accurate occupancy and allocation insights.

Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related.
At least 3 years in space planning, facilities, workplace or infrastructure management.
Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms or digital space inventory tools is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD/BIM familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy records across A*STAR campuses within SIMS.
Update and validate occupancy records, including tagging, workspace/lab assignments, onboarding, offboarding, relocations, reorganizations, and reallocations.
Coordinate with research institutes, business units, and project teams to reflect approved space changes in SIMS.
Reconcile space inventory, floor plans, occupancy, and allocation records for data accuracy.
Monitor campus-wide space supply, demand, occupancy, and allocation to support reporting.
