Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a facilities space management professional to maintain and validate space inventory, floor plans and occupancy data within SIMS. You will track workspace assignments, relocations and changes to ensure campus-wide visibility and governance.

You will liaise with research institutes, business units and facilities teams to coordinate updates from renovations and infrastructure projects, while maintaining documentation to support audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidate has space planning or facilities management experience, preferably in research/healthcare.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CAD/BIM familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with space inventory systems or digital space management tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate space inventory, floor plans, and occupancy records in SIMS.
• Track workspace assignments, relocations, and organizational changes for campus-wide visibility.
• Coordinate space allocation requests within governance frameworks and supporting approved changes.
• Ensure completeness, integrity, and security of occupancy and space records.
• Liaise with research institutes, business units, offices, and facilities teams for renovations and infrastructure updates.
• Maintain documentation of space allocations and personnel assignments to support audits.
